There are many testing equipments, for example, spectrum machine, three dimensional inspection machine, projector, hardness test machine(HR), hardness test machine(BR), tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, dynamic balancing machine, salt spraying tester, X-ray inspection equipment, ultrasonic inspection machine, magnetic detection equipment, staining test, metallography microscope, pressure testing device and many kinds of general inspection gauges. Meanwhile, our company also has special gauges of our own design.
Based on the drawings, three dimensional plot or samples provided by our customers, we make precision tooling, design relevant casting process or machining process and formulate a plan for quality control and products testing.
