Investment casting produces complex hydraulic shapes close to final geometry, and CNC machining finishes critical bores, flange faces, threads and seal locations. Material certificates, dimensional reports, pressure testing and leak testing can be supplied by agreement.

Pump-housing manufacture begins with a review of hydraulic passages, flange connections, sealing faces, bearing bores and mounting datums. Casting and machining allowances are coordinated so pressure boundaries remain sound while critical interfaces meet the drawing. Quality documentation can include material certificates, dimensional reports, surface inspection and agreed hydrostatic or leakage testing. Production is carried out at our Dongying factory, with Qingdao serving as a common export port.
