Production can combine silica-sol investment casting, solution treatment, CNC machining, passivation and controlled cleaning. Critical sealing faces, bores and ports are machined to the approved drawing. Available verification includes material certificates, dimensional reports, hydrostatic pressure testing and leakage inspection.
For a quotation, provide the coolant, flow, head, pressure, temperature, alloy, connection standard, tolerance and annual quantity.
For data-center cooling projects, we review flow and head targets, design pressure, operating temperature, coolant chemistry, sealing interfaces and installation constraints before production. Pump components can be investment cast and CNC machined to control hydraulic passages, flange faces, bearing locations and sealing surfaces. Available quality records include material certificates, dimensional reports and agreed hydrostatic or leakage test results. Production takes place at our Dongying facility, with export logistics commonly arranged through Qingdao.
